Dr. Rick Reed Moves into New Role as Chancellor of Heritage College & Seminary

The Board of Directors at Heritage College & Seminary has recently announced that, after many months of prayer and reflection, Dr. Rick Reed has accepted the opportunity to move into a new role with the school as Chancellor.

“We are so deeply grateful for the ten years of faithful service and incredible impact Dr. Reed has had at Heritage as President,” says Norm Millar, Vice Chair of Heritage’s Board of Directors. “We know that he is looking forward to moving into this new role that allows him to serve in an area that fits well with his gifts and passions.”

With Dr. Reed moving into this new role as Chancellor, the Board has begun a search for an Interim President, experienced and gifted in the operational side of things, to help strengthen certain needs in the school, until such time as Heritage’s next President is on board.

Over the coming months, a temporary sub-committee will be working closely with the President’s Council at Heritage to help provide a management structure that will ensure the school continues to move forward as the new academic year approaches and progress is made on other critical initiatives to help the school move forward into an exciting future.
