English as a Second Language Classes
If you are desiring practice in speaking English or looking to improve your English skills for life, college, or business – Heritage offers a wide-variety of online training options for people at different levels. Learn more about these programs at helpwithesl.ca.
Choose from our three levels of classes:
Conversation Classes – Students get the opportunity to practice speaking and listening to English in friendly, guided conversation circles. Classes are offered online and in person and are taught by Dr. Linda Reed with Heritage College Students.
English Skills for Life – English Skills for LIFE courses help students develop conversation skills, while also adding reading writing skills with homework assigned in class.
English for Academic Success – Courses prepare students to enter and succeed at Heritage College.

Teaching English as a Second Language
Heritage also offers an academic course to become a Teacher of English as a Second Language (TESOL).
