English as a Second Language Classes

If you are desiring practice in speaking English or looking to improve your English skills for life, college, or business – Heritage offers a wide-variety of online training options for people at different levels.

Choose from our three levels of classes:

Conversation Classes – Students get the opportunity to practice speaking and listening to English in friendly, guided conversation circles. Classes are offered online and in person and are taught by Dr. Linda Reed with assistance from Heritage College Students.

English Skills for Life – English Skills for Life classes help students develop conversation skills, while also adding reading and writing skills with homework that is assigned in class.

English for Academic Success – These classes prepare students to enter and succeed at Heritage College.

Teaching English as a Second Language 

Heritage offers an academic course that prepares potential teachers to engage with International Students from around the world. This course will also prepare students towards becoming Teachers of English as a Second Language (TESOL).

Those who desire to serve as leaders in the Heritage English Program are required to take this course.

The next TESOL course is offered in January 2022. Please contact our admissions team for more information on how to register.
