Worldview Missions Trips

Every year, Heritage students are given the opportunity to participate in Worldview Trips. In partnership with various missions organizations, worldview trips provide students with a small glimpse on what it is like to be a missionary oversees in a country that does not have easy access to the sharing of the gospel.
Second year student, Sarah McFadden, traveled to Georgia in Europe for two weeks in May 2025 with a team of Heritage students. Sarah shares about her time on the trip: “I went into the trip thinking a lot about my own timing and what I could accomplish while I was on the trip. But God taught me a different perspective. He taught me more about his work and how his work is not meant to be rushed and that really humbled me to take a step back to just be faithful and obedient to where God has put me and trust him with the rest.”
Similarly, second year student, Nelena Boyachek, shares how she saw God answer prayer during her two-week trip to Poland in May 2025: “God answered prayer in so many ways, from the start of when we were fundraising to participate in this trip, all the way to after being in Poland. I was so encouraged to see God used other people for his glory and hear testimonies of how God is using missionaries around the world to share the good news of Jesus Christ.” Nelena encourages all students to participate in a Worldview trip to gain a different perspective on living a life for the gospel.
This year, students will have the opportunity to travel with several missions agencies to Togo, Colombia, Thailand, and Cameroon. Join us in praying for the students who will be participating in these trips – that God would prepare their hearts for the ministry work that is set before them.
