Study at a Hub FAQ

How can I study at a Hub?

All of our graduate level certificate degrees are available for study through the hub sites. A course will be made available when two or more students are enrolled. We encourage you to send us any inquiry.

How many people are in a Hub?

A hub site consists of two or more people looking to study together.

Is there a cost difference between studying in person or at a partner Hub site?

There is no cost difference. All admission and registration fees apply.

What is the application process to participate at a Hub site?

Apply through our regular admissions process. Start an application, indicate your interest in a hub site. You must meet admissions requirements. Please click here to refer to Heritage Theological Seminary’s admission requirements information.

Can I audit a course through a Hub?

Course auditing means that you are taking the course for interest, not credit. Auditing is available, but keep in mind these sites are designed to create a cohort community for theological study. A course will only be made available where two or more students are enrolled for credit.

I have a few friends interested in courses, can we all sign up together?

Absolutely – we encourage you to! Note that each of you will have to apply through our regular admissions process.

If I sign up for a degree or certificate, can I do my entire education at a Hub?

Yes. Our graduate level studies are all available online.

Do I contact the Hub site directly if I’m interested?

No, please contact our admissions department with an inquiry, or start an application. To do this, visit the hub site locations page, click on the site of interest and fill out the inquiry form.

Can I join a Hub at any time?

We encourage everyone to register within the regular admissions cycle of Fall, Winter and Spring. We accept applications as long as they are within a certain timeframe of a course start date. Our admissions team can provide more information on a case by case basis.

I’m a coordinator from a Heritage Hub Location, what equipment will be in the learning environment?

A Heritage Hub location is the place where students will attend classes and hang out with other students from their area. To accomplish this, guidance about Hub Location Connected Classroom Equipment is provided. These technologies will foster interactivity between professors and students regardless of location.
