Join students and faculty from Heritage Theological Seminary throughout the Winter Semester for Seminary Chapels.

On several Thursday mornings, students are welcome to join faculty and staff for these special Chapel services hosted for the seminary in The Bean, located in The Heritage Community Centre. These services offer students an excellent opportunity to pray and worship together, learn from God’s Word, and encourage one another over lunch for only $2.

Our first Seminary Chapel will be held on Thursday, January 12 at 11:30 am.

Due to freezing rain and severe winter weather in the forecast, Heritage College & Seminary offices will be closed on Thursday, December 15, 2022. Heritage staff may be working online from their homes today and will be available online by email if contact is necessary.

The Heritage Library will be open today for students to access resources or for study space.

For updates on exams scheduled for today, college and seminary students are to look on myHeritage for updates or reach out to their professors with any questions they may have regarding exams.

Heritage College & Seminary is excited to once again be hosting our Ministry Job Fair on campus, this year through our newly launched Career & Calling Centre.

We are excited to welcome 30+ camps, parachurch organizations, missions organizations, and churches to our campus to share about their ministries and current job openings. These ministries are hiring for full-time and part-time permanent jobs, summer jobs, and internships.

This event is open to:

• College and seminary students
• High school students interested in summer jobs or short-term missions trips
• Anyone interested in a career or job in ministry

We are looking forward to opening up our campus to you for this event. Please join us at Heritage, located at 175 Holiday Inn Drive, on January 12^th, 2023. You are welcome to drop in anytime from 2:00  to 6:00 pm.

We are excited to host our annual LEAD Conference once again at Heritage! Join us on Saturday, January 14, 2023, from 9:00 am to 3:30 pm at Heritage College & Seminary.

This free event is geared toward training and equipping young leaders—whether you are a current Heritage student, a young person in Grade 11 or 12 who serves as a leader, or a youth pastor or director—to serve God and others well.

Join us as we learn from our main speaker for the day, Earl Marshall, Pastor of Training & Discipleship at Hope Bible Church in Oakville, ON.

Plus, Grade 11 and 12 students who attend will be placed in a draw for a chance to win a $1000 scholarship toward tuition at Heritage. Two winners will be drawn during the event.

Several faculty members from Heritage College & Seminary have joined biblical scholars from across the world this week in Denver, CO. for the annual meeting of the Evangelical Theological Society—happening November 15-17. This year marks the 74th annual meeting of ETS and will focus on the central theme of Holiness.

Each year, the ETS invites a few scholars to present plenary presentations on the particular focus of the event. This year, Dr. Michael A.G. Haykin, Professor of Church History at Heritage Theological Seminary, will be one of three plenary speakers and will be presenting his paper titled, ’War with the hydra of Antinomianism’: The Baptist Tradition and the Pursuit of Holiness in the Long Eighteenth Century.

Other core and adjunct faculty from Heritage will also be presenting at the Evangelical Theological Society and Society of Biblical Literature annual meetings. See below for a list of papers they will deliver this week in Denver.
